This ranch pork chops recipe gives boring breaded chops a zesty update. They are fried with Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and tangy BBQ sauce to create a flavor unmatched.

- Season the pork chops with 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix and set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with the barbecue sauce. On a plate or in another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining seasoning mix.
- One at a time, dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, shake off excess, then press into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
- Pour olive oil into a large pan so that it goes about ¼-inch up the sides and set the pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side (you may need to do this in batches). Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Spread bread crumbs in a shallow baking pan and toast in oven, stirring once or twice, until dry but not golden, 7 to 10 minutes. Cool bread crumbs completely, then stir together with cheese, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl or a 9-inch pie plate. Lightly season chops with additional salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Put oil in another shallow bowl or 9-inch pie plate. Dip each chop in oil, letting excess drip off, then dredge both sides of chop in bread-crumb mixture, pressing gently to help crumbs adhere, and transfer to baking sheet.
- Prepare grill for cooking over medium-hot charcoal (moderate heat for gas). Grill chops on well-oiled grill rack, covered only if using gas grill, turning over once or twice, until pork is cooked through and crumbs are golden brown, about 10 minutes total.

- Bread the chops. Dredge a chop in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip it into the eggs, and finally coat the meat evenly with the breadcrumbs. Set on a piece of waxed paper or baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chops. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with enough oil to come halfway up the sides of the chops, about 1/4 cup. - In small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper; mix well. In another small bowl, combine egg and worcestershire sauce. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour; dip in egg mixture and coat with crumbs.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops; cook until browned on both sides. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5-7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
