HONEY BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS
This is my own recipe. I love the way they get so gooey and sticky...goes really well with some homemade mac and cheese, some bbq baked beans, and a biscuit.....mmmmm....yum!

Steps:
- Wash, dry, and season the wings with the salt, garlic, pepper, cayenne, sugar, and paprika. Preheat the oven to 375.
- Spray a cookie sheet with a generous spray of cooking spray.
- Place the wings in a single layer on the cookie sheet, and place in the oven.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, turning once.
- While they are baking, make the sauce by slowly simmering the sauce ingredients over the lowest heat.
- When the wings are done baking, carefully dip them in the sauce, and place them back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling.
- ENJOY!And remember to save some for everyone else!

- Mix flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Coat each chicken wing with a generous layer of the flour mixture.
- Pour ¼ inch (6 mm) of oil into a shallow pan, and bring it to a medium high heat.
- In small batches, fry the chicken wings for 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the oil and let rest on a paper towel.
- Over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar to pan and reduce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the fried wings directly into the sauce pan and stir until the wings are covered in the sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with scallions on top.

A recipe I got from a work mate back in the early 80's. Very simple and very tasty. I usually double the quantity as this is really only for 2 people.

Steps:
- Juice the lemon half. Mix together all the ingredients except for chicken wings.
- Place chicken wings into a shallow roasting dish and pour on half the marinade. Allow to stand (in fridge) for approximately 20 minutes.
- Prepare a moderate oven (180C) and cook chicken wings for about 15 minutes. Brush on the remaining marinade and return wings to the oven to complete cooking, approximately 30-35 minutes in all.
- Serve with green salad and herb bread.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven-proof wire rack over the foil.
- Whisk baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika together in a small bowl. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of the baking powder mixture over wings and toss to coat. CHICKEN WINGS IN HONEY BBQ SAUCE
One of my favorite Slow Cooker recipes and can easily be an appetizer or a main dish recipe. My Slow Cooker has a removable Corning-Ware crock which can be used on the stove-top, so I spray it with Pam and brown the wings in it which makes this recipe even easier.

- Cut off and discard wing tips.
- Cut each wing at joint to make two sections.
- Season wings with salt and pepper, to taste.

HONEY BBQ WINGS
This is a KFC copycat recipe. These taste soooo good!!! I'm going to use this sauce for everything!! Well, not everything...but it's really good! My eldest son has really missed KFC wings after moving to the UK, and this is a great substitute. Not exact, but good enough not to need to be exact! I couldn't find any liquid smoke, but we loved it anyway.

- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until ingredients are well-combined and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
- As sauce is simmering, heat up 6 to 8 cups of oil in a deep fryer set to 350 degrees. Combine the beaten egg with the milk in a small bowl. In another small bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper and MSG.
- When oil is hot, dip each wing first in the flour mixture, then into the milk and egg mixture, and back into the flour. Arrange wings on a plate until each one is breaded.
- Fry the wings in the oil for 9 to 12 minutes or until light, golden brown. If you have a small fryer, you may wish to fry 10 of the wings at a time. Drain on paper towels or a rack.
- When the sauce is done, brush the entire surface of each wing with a light coating of sauce. Serve immediately.

- In a bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. In a separate bowl mix together flour, and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Pat chicken wings dry. Place wings in egg and milk mixture. Then dip in the flour mixture until completely coated.
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F
- Place a wire rack over a baking sheet. Place wings on to the wire rack. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove wings from oven and flip over. Bake for 25 more minutes.
- About 5 minutes before the wings should come out of the oven start making the Honey BBQ sauce.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat 2 cups of BBQ sauce and 3 tablespoons of honey on medium heat .Stir until hot.
- When wings are done, remove from oven and toss into a huge bowl. Pour BBQ sauce over wings and toss to coat. Place wings back on wire rack and bake for 5 minutes.
