MUSHROOM CHEESE STROMBOLI

Steps:
- In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender; set aside. On a lightly floured board, roll dough into a 30x8-in. rectangle; cut into two 15x8-in. pieces. , On the long side of each piece, layer pepperoni, cheeses, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, parsley and oregano. Fold over dough and pinch to seal. Combine egg and water; brush over edges and ends of dough. With a sharp knife, cut five small steam vents in the top of each roll. , Place on greased baking sheets. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Bake at 350° for 27-30 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.

Steps:
- Remove dough from package and roll out on lightly floured surface to desired size.
- Add alternating rows of pepperoni, mozzarella, and salami until dough is covered, leaving 1½ inches (4 cm) of space along the outside of the dough.
- Add the roasted red pepper, shredded mozzarella, red pepper flakes, and oregano on top of meat and cheese.
- Roll up the stromboli slowly.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture onto the stromboli, evenly coating each side.
- Bake stromboli at 400˚F (200˚C) until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).

- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup, mushrooms and seasonings; set aside. , Punch dough down; divide in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion of dough into a 15x10-in. rectangle. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Spoon the beef mixture lengthwise down half of the rectangle to within 1 in. of edges. Fold dough over filling. Pinch edges to seal. Cut four diagonal slits on top of loaves. - Let dough rise in warm place until doubled in size.
- Roll dough out on a floured surface. Shape into a 12"x14" Rectangle. Place diced chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle with Garlic Salt, leaving 1/2" without the filling so you can pinch and seal it closed. Roll up jelly roll style (start with long side) and fold ends and pinch to seal. Place onto a greased baking sheet seam side down. Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
- Beat egg and add water to make an egg wash. Brush egg wash onto dough and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle with Garlic Salt. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Let dough rise according to package instructions, then punch down, and divide into 4 pieces.
- On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a long oval shape. Spread each with sauce, then layer with ham, capacola, salami, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with garlic powder, then top with mozzarella, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. Bring the long sides together over the center, and pinch together to seal. Steps:
- In a large pan heat oil add the onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and spices. Go ahead and season to taste with salt and pepper if desired. Saute till soft and translucent. Cool.
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Roll out the dough into about 12x10.
- Place prosciutto on the end near you covering 1/4-1/3 of the dough.
- Place the cheese over the prosciutto.
- Top with the vegetable mixture dot the sauce over the veggies.
- Roll the side with the toppings into the bare dough. Bringing the side up and pinching so nothing leaks out.
- Score the top of the dough for steam to escape.
- You can do an egg wash of just brush with water.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
