CLASSIC SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• In a large bowl, stir together sweet potato, brown sugar, eggs, cream, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Spoon into an 11x7-inch baking dish.
• Bake until just set, 45 to 55 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and pecans; bake until top is lightly browned, about 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
• In a large stockpot, place sweet potatoes, and add cold water to cover by 1 inch; stir in
• teaspoons salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
• In a large bowl, combine potatoes, marshmallow crème, ½ cup melted butter, eggs, and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
• In a medium bowl, stir together pecans, brown sugar, flour, and remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Add remaining ¼ cup melted butter, stirring until combined. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potato mixture.
• Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and lightly puffed.

SWEET POTATO BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 °F. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, spices, 1/3 cup butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream, mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish (1 1/2 quarts). Add topping. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
• Mix together 3 tablespoons butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts with fork; sprinkle over top of casserole.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• In a large bowl, whisk together mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, beaten eggs, cream, cinnamon, and salt until well-combined. Transfer mixture into an 11x7-inch baking dish.
• Bake the dish for 45 to 55 minutes or until set. Top with marshmallows and pecans and bake for 10 more minutes.
• Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

PAULA DEEN'S MASHED BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the hash browns. Cook for 5 minutes and drain. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked hash browns, mashed potato mix, butter, cream cheese, jack cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir in the boiling water. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle the onion rings over the casserole and bake for about 5 to 8 minutes longer until onions are golden brown.
