Pumpkin Cake Using Cake Mix Food

PUMPKIN CAKE II

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or two 9 inch cake pans.
• In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin, water, cinnamon and eggs. Beat until well blended. Transfer to the baking dish or cake pans.
• Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes.

PUMPKIN CAKE WITH CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Transfer to the baking dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Top with pecans.
• Bake 50 minutes in the preheated oven.

PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat overn to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in pecans. , Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost cake or serve with whipped cream.

PUMPKIN CARAMEL DREAM CAKE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix powder and full can of pumpkin.
• Do not add the rest of the ingredients on the back of the cake box (eggs, water, oil, etc).
• Stir well until completely combined.
• Spread batter in a greased 9″ x 13″ cake pan.
• Bake following the instructions on the box (typically 25-28 minutes in a 350 degree fahrenheit oven).
• Let this cool for 5 minutes.
• While your cake is cooling slightly, combine your can of sweetened condensed milk and 3/4 bottle of caramel.
• Reserve about 1/4 cup of caramal sauce for topping.
• Again - if you want to just soak the cake in condensed milk only for more pumpkin flavour in the cake and leave the caramel for the toping, feel free to do so!
• Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes in your cake.
• While your cake is still warm, pour condensed milk and caramel mixture all over the cake.
• Let it soak in and allow for cake to cool completely.
• When cake has completely cooled, spread the tub of Cool Whip over the cake.
• Top with Skor bits and caramel sauce.
• Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour, or overnight.

PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, spice, eggs and sugar. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Next sprinkle with melted butter. Top with pecans.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until firm. May take a little longer.

PUMPKIN ANGEL FOOD CAKE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fold a fourth of the batter into pumpkin mixture; gently fold in the remaining batter. Gently spoon into an ungreased 10-in. tube pan. Cut through batter with a knife to remove air pockets., Bake on the lowest oven rack at 350° for 38-44 minutes or until top is golden brown and cake springs back when lightly touched and entire top appears dry. Immediately invert pan; cool completely, about 1 hour. , Run a knife around side and center tube of pan. Remove cake to a serving plate. Garnish each slice with 1 tablespoon whipped topping; sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

PUMPKIN CAKE I

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 10-inch bundt or tube pan.
• Blend oil, beaten eggs, pumpkin and vanilla together.
• Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and salt together. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix until just combined. If desired, stir in some chopped nuts. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

MARBLED PUMPKIN CAKE

Steps:

• Combine pumpkin and cinnamon in a bowl.
• Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil and water in a large bowl.
• Beat for 2 minutes.
• Stir 2 1/2 cups batter into pumpkin mixture.
• Alternate plain and pumpkin batters into a 10 cup bundt or tube pan.
• Once done swirl mixture.
• Bake 375 degrees for 40- 45 minutes.
• When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.

PUMPKIN CAKE

Steps:

• in large bowl of electric mixer, let eggs warm to room temoerature-about 30 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Sift flour with baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon,ginger and nutmeg At high sped, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
• Beat in oil and pumpkin to blend well.
• At low speed beat in flour mixture just until combined.
• Pour into an ungreased 9-inch tube pan.
• Bake about 1 hour or until surface springs back when gently pressed with fingertip.
• Cool cake completely in pan.
• With spatula, carefully loosen cake from pan; remove.
• Place on cake plate; frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
• Decorate with nuts.
• Makes 12 servings.
• ----Creamcheese Frosting------.
• In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cheese with rum until creamy.
• Gradually beat in sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
• Spread over Pumpkin Cake, make swirls with knife.

PUMPKIN KAHLUA CAKE

Steps:

• To make glaze: In a small mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, butter, and Kahlua.
• Stir until mixture is smooth; set aside.
• To make cake:In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix and pumpkin.
• Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed until cake mix is moistened.
• Increase mixer speed to medium; add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
• Add in the water and Dream Whip mix; beat 2 minutes.
• Pour batter into a greased/floured 13x9 inch baking pan.
• Bake at 350° for45 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
• Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
• Turn cake out onto a serving tray.
• Let cake cool slightly.
• Drizzle cake with Kahlua Glaze.
